It’s a learning process but I would start by researching the team and the product and try to tick as many boxes as possible:

- Does it try to solve a problem?
- Is it a problem that currently exists?
- Is the team doxxed and what is their history?
- Does the value proposition sound too good?
- Does it sound like it could be a Ponzi scheme?
- Is it decentralised?
- If centralised, how much control does the team have over supply and liquidity?
- Does it have celebrity marketing? ( if yes it could be a red flag)
