Thank you! TON is an interesting one that I wasn't familiar with until you mentioned it.

I found an article from Certik where they confirm TON's realised TPS at 107k on the ten minute test.

However, I feel like TON promises a lot, decentralised internet, DNS etcm, but apart from their integration with Telegram these are all at the Idea stage.

I would probably give it a high C just to be conservative and review again in a year or so and see what progress they've made. It definitely seems to have potential.
